How can I make brown rice sticky, in a vegan-friendly way?
I want to make vegan sushi with brown rice. Any ideas?
I’ve tried so many different things before, but it just doesn’t work. It gets a *little* stickier, but the rolls still always wind up falling apart. I’ve settled for using plain white rice from now on. It’s not like I make sushi all the time anyway, so it isn’t big deal.
