Valentine’s Day in Raleigh – suggestions?
We just moved to the area and I’m trying to come up with some interesting things to do on Valentine’s Day in or around Raleigh. Live music, sushi, Italian, our interests run the gamut so any suggestions (particularly those out of left field, haha) are more than helpful!
Well dining out of course is a popular option…I’d get reservations as soon as possible though.
You mention sushi…best places for that are Sono (Fayetteville Street) and Sushi Blues (Glenwood Ave).
For Italian, best places would be Cafe Luna (E. Hargett St.), Vivace (North Hills), or 518 West (W. Jones St.).
If you’re open to Spanish food, Tasca Brava on Glenwood Ave is nice and romantic because it’s in a small, intimate bungalow.
