Have I said the following correctly in Japanese?

At school we have to talk about our selfs/our family for one minute. Have i written it right?

i am 13

kazoku wa sannin desu.
there are 3 people in my family

haha, chichi, to watashi.
my mum, dad, and me

watashi wa neko ga dai suki desu.
i like cats

watashi wa inu ga amari desu.
i dont like dogs

haha wa jogingu ga suki desu.
my mum likes jogging

haha wa souji ga suki janai desu.
my mum doesnt like like cleaning

chichi wa sushi go maemae desu.
my dad thinks sushi is ok.

watashi wa roku ji ni okimasu.
i get up at 6.00

watashi wa asagohan ni tosuto wo tabe masu.
i eat toast for breakfast.

watashi wa sitchi ji hun gatusie ni iki musu.
i go to school at 7.30

arigato gozimasu.
