Royal Caribbean help?

A question in the FAQ on the Royal Caribbean website asked if there was a charge for sushi on the ship, and the answer was no, there is no charge, (I didn’t even know they had sushi) but it doesn’t give any other info. What kind of sushi is there and when can you get it?
I will be sailing on the Brilliance of the Seas in the eastern Med Sea

On some ships they have a buffet style restaurant called Jade that is (from the ships I’ve been on) connected to the Windjammer buffet. They have a few different kinds of sushi, as well as other Japanese Food. Then around the corner is Windjammer..it’s all open seating and you don’t need reservations.
