Does anyone know what happened to RAKU-ZA (Japanese comestic/DVD rentral )at 16 E. 41st St Apt. 2A?

I went to find that store yesterday because former employee, Nami of Tokyo Video which moved to Raku-ZA had baby. Nami has moved back to Japan long time ago. I believe there is few employees still working at Raku-ZA when Nami was working there.

However, I went to that address and I saw store was closed.
I asked at ZAIYA CAFE, and doorman along 5th Av, and sushi restaurant and gift shop at 38th, 37th Sts area. Japanese restaurant at 38th and Japanese cafe at 37th St does not know where RAKU-ZA is relocated. They only know 41st St one, even thought I explain RAKU-ZA is no longer there.

If anyone know where little store moved to, please tell me.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Is it possible that store is shut down due to economic crisis?
Please don’t tell me to search engine.
Search engine only shows when it was on East 41st St.

I called RAKU-ZA at (212) 686-5560 and was told by the phone company that the number was changed to (212) 213-4990. When I called the new number, it kept ringing.

I then looked up the number and saw that it linked to K O Computer Inc that does Website Design & Development.

I’ll try again after lunch to see if anyone answers.

Steve
