
How do I make the house salad dressing similar to that at Japanse Restaurant?
My husband and I love to eat out we enjoy going to Japanse Restaurant to eat Sushi and love the salad dressing they bring out to you. We want to recreate that dressing in our home but, haven’t found the right or correct recipe yet.
How about this
JAPANESE STYLE DRESSING
DRESSING:
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. rice vinegar
1/4 c. sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. sugar
GREENS:
2 green onions
6 to 8 radishes
1/2 lettuce
1 c. sugar peas
8 to 10 cherry tomatoes
1/2 tbsp. sesame seeds
Chop the green onions. Slice radish. Cook sugar peas. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Cut lettuce in small pieces. Blend all dressing ingredients. Mix all greens and tomatoes with dressing. Then sprinkle sesame seeds.
