Does anyone know how to make the spicy tuna sald from Kabuki Japanese restaurant?
I’ve watched the Sushi Chef do it, and I know the ingredients that go into it from watching him and picking the salad apart, but I cant believe the dressing is just Ponzu and Sesame Oil, there is something else! It’s some kind of prepared sauce I think……
