Will eating too much salmon make me look more fishy?
I am addicted to salmon – sashimi, sushi, smoked, gravadlax, fishcake, salmon steak, teriyaki, baked, grilled, fried, raw. I eat it for breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and I sometimes nibble on it as a between-meal snack.
I like the taste, the texture, the smell, and the colour goes with much in my wardrobe.
What are the side effects of such fishy adulation? I heard that I might become pinker as my body absorbs the salmony pinkiness. I have discovered that I can hold my breath underwater in the bath longer than I used to – is this anything to do with the salmon?
I like swimming up rivers now. Again, could this be because of excessive salmon eating. When I concentrate, my mouth opens and closes. I’m worried, please help.
Regards
Alice
Salmon does have parasitic neural qualities. By that, I mean that there are toxins present in salmon that can have an effect on your mental functions, and early research seems to be indicating that this can alter your decision-making in favour of perpetuating salmon genes on planet earth. A famous case involved a fisherman who, after a diet consisting of salmon, felt compelled to throw any salmon he caught back into the sea. Now he owns a salmon refuge for abused salmon.
There are a couple of warning signs beyond the salmon eating. Do you like very dirty martinis? Do you collect flip flops? Do you have an aversion to coffee? Any of these are also indicators that the salmon is taking over your brain and you may become a fishy slave.
