Eating raw octopus hazard?
Ok, so I just ate some raw octopus sashimi. They were big pieces, the suction cups were as big as a quarter and they could stick to the plate. (the octopus was dead) I ‘m not sure if I chewed thoroughly enough, but I’m afraid the suction cups might have gotten stuck to my esophagus? Is this possible? I’m not choking or anything but I’m sort of worried.
There is nothing to be worried about i had been eating Octopus for over 10 years and it never gave me a serious problem aside from having to chew and chew and chew it several times cause they are like rubber it really is hard breaking them with your teeth. Dont worry you will be okay but next time try to drink a lot of green tea after any meal of sashimi it helps to clean your system.
