Is this okay? I ate around 1000 calories of sushi and sashimi for dinner.. so i guess i ate a lot of protein and a moderate amount of carbs/rice? is this too much? will i store most of this as fat… ?
I wouldn’t beat yourself up.
You need to eat at least 1200 calories a day, or your body will think you’re starving.
Also, a treat now and then doesn’t hurt. Don’t worry.
