Japanese Food Tradition

japanese food tradition
Can anyone translate this to japanese? PLEASE!?

I need to get this translated to japanese, please! I will be EXTREMELY grateful if someone could help me!

“Hello
My name is [name] and I’m [age] years old. I’ve been interested in Japan a very long time; since I was [age] or [age] years old. It started with the anime [name of anime] and the Nintendo games. Later I started reading mangas and watch more animes and became interested in the japanese lifestyle and culture – geishas, ninjas, temples, the big cities, the tecnology, the food, everything. I decided early that I wanted to go to Japan as an exchange student and I’ve not regretted my decision even a second. During my exchange year I hope I’ll meet new people and learn the traditions and the culture.

[some way to end the letter, like best wishes or something]
[my name]”

I need it translated to hiragana and katakana, no kanji. If possible (and if it’s not too much trouble, provide a romaji translation too :) .

[your name]

Is it ok that you do not do it by yourself??
why are you going to Japan?
isnt it one of your reasons to learn Japanese language?
I think you should do it by yourself first , and after that ,you should ask someone to correct it

A Dictionary of Japanese Food (Paperback)

$29.23

At last, what every Westerner in a Japanese restaurant or market needs: the first truly comprehensive dictionary of Japanese food and ingredients. Standard dictionaries can often mislead us–with akebia for akebi, sea cucumber for namako, plum for ume. Hosking`s dictionary includes not only dishes and ingredients, everything from the delicate mitsuba leaf to the dreadful okoze fish: colorful appendices disclose such aspects of Japanese culture as the making of miso to the tea ceremony and the influence of vegetarianism. With Japanese-English and English-Japanese sections, A Dictionary of Japanese Food explains the nuances and eliminates the mysteries of Japanese food.
