What level of Sushi eater am I?

I eat most types of sashimi with my regular rolls being yellowtail, alaskan, and shrimp. I have usually don’t get the specialty rolls because I avoid mayo in my diet but I have had eel and rainbow rolls.

I never knew there were ‘levels’ of sushi eaters.
I consider people who eat cooked sushi sort of chickens. I like some specialty rolls and most are very personal to the place you eat them at.
I like all kinds of Raw Fish, the place we go to is excellent, they make really good rolls that don’t always include mayo and have a lot of raw ingredients.
